How do you train for track and field tournament?
My school is having an unexpected track and field meet and is in 12 days (including less). If anyone knows anything to help me with running 800m, 400m, 200m, 100-meter jump, running long, triple jump, shot put, and all the high jump. It would be great help if you have any suggestions or websites that could purchase.
You can not train for all events within 2 weeks. It would be nice if I could do some running and at least practice the events before they are.

How do I train for track and field high school?
I am a freshman in high school and could go my team athletics, and the meeting is in May or June I want to train for it, so do good, then what should my workout plan?
Well, it depends on what the race will do. If you are a runner you need to get in shape first. As with two laps to warm a jogging pace. Monitoring the stretch for ten minutes. Then do the following exercises ... You can search on youtube to see the live exercises. Then just work in training ... so make sure you up during the race. And also do a bit of acceleration ... slow start, then increase speed ... then cool.
