Electricity sockets receive current (lasertrip tested) but nothing works in the sockets?
This is really strange the sockets receive current as tested with lasertrip screwdriver but nothing works when plugged into the sockets. Any electricians clued up on what the problem might be?

To expand on the other answer.
All electric circuits are a loop. Power leaves the source, passes through anything connected and returns to the source. A break anywhere along the way and the circuit fails.
This applies to DC as well.
A loose connection under a wire nut or on a receptacle will do this and is one of the most common reasons for a service call.
IF you have some electrical experience and want to know more about how to do this yourself update your question please.
I would how ever recommend having someone correct the problem on this circuit, and check all other circuits in the house at the same time to avoid the same problem else where in the future.

The only way to pull super rares and etc. is called Scaling. You simply take a small electronic scale and weigh a booster pack. Super rares and others are .1 to .2 grams heavier overall. So if a booster weights a bit more than another it probably has a rarer card. The only thing this doesn't work on is Ultimate Rares I believe, because they use a special foil technology. But your chances of pulling one are slim anyways.
