How I can connect my old Nintendo NES to my HDTV?

I am following exactly the same connection I did with my tv, but does not work. I tried different input options, change the channel 4 and still just get the snow. Do I need a special cable or connector? Thank you. DX4 - I did. That's the problem. Thanks though.

Trying to Channel 3 old connections requires what is called a "change of 4.3". Many of the new platforms require the use of "HDMI" platform to connect to a digital (HDTV) set. My PS3 NOT required to use HDMI and the old "video" options. Hope this helps ---
