zelda was originally left for the atari?

I know this makes me sound like a complete idiot. But my dad said he has played the original Legend of Zelda just do not remember owning a NES. He says he played on the Atari 2600. Of course, he says that is not true, but do not really remember the NES .....

My first reaction when I read this was a long "whaaaat?". But, I'll straighten their course with the help of our friend the internet. Legend of Zelda, the first of the series, was released in America for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) on August 27, 1987. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link was released in the States in December 1988 for the NES. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1991. These are the top three. None came the Atari. The only Zelda games that came out of a non-Nintendo were attrocious link: The Faces of Evil, Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon and Zelda's Adventure for the Philips ill-fated CD-i.

Does anyone know what NES game?

I remember playing the NES game where the planes can fly and fight other aircraft and to complete the ground level air on the ship. Also in Round 2 is a fuel that you have to control the plane in a gas tank to charge your ... Someone knows what kind of game is it?

High Gun: The NES game was piloting an F-14 Tomcat fighter, the player must complete four missions: Mission 1 - Training for the next mission. Mission 2 - Destroy an enemy aircraft carrier. Mission 3 - Destroy the enemy base. Mission 4 - Destroy enemy space shuttle. All four missions require the player falls on an aircraft carrier after completion. Missions 2, 3 and 4 require the player to fill the middle of the mission. Mission 4 is the most surreal, involving ground combat, sea and air and space targets. There are three types of missiles available to the player: Hound (number: 40), Wolf (Quantity: 20), Tigre (number: 10). The dog is best for the formation of missiles, as there are objectives in a mission strong enough to resist, but a weak option for other missions.
