exboyfriend has lot of incriminating blackmail on me. What legal actions can I do to protect myself?

My angry exboyfriend has a lot of incriminating blackmail material on me that can publicly destroy me. Other than illegally removing the blackmail material myself, what LEGAL actions can I take to protect myself?

Correction... He does not have a lot of incriminating "blackmail" on you, he has incriminating INFORMATION on you. The term blackmail implies he is engaging in criminal behavior using this information to blackmail you. Has he demanded compensation to keep the information private? If not, he has probably not engaged in blackmail. It is not illegal to possess information that could be damaging to another's public reputation. In fact, it is even legal to go public with that information, provided that he does not an any way lie about it.

Which border does China protect the most?

China has a huge border to protect, and lots of different nations to deal with. Which border poses the most threat to China, or draws the most attention?
People say China has a huge military, but look at all the border areas they need to secure.

North Korea ! Their policy is that NK should take care of their own people and correct their issues (economically, world relations, etc).
Saying that ...some still get through. If caught, they're returned to NK. If not, they try to make their way to Beijing or Hong Kong (U.S. Embassy) to make their way to South Korea.
Some have done this ...& are successful in the trip. The sad consequences is that the ones NK that make it to SK have difficult adjusting. Primarily, because SK is at least 10 to 15 years ahead technologically ...& most need to learn new skills. Their community (NK refugee) is growing in SK. A step closer to unification.
