What is driving the light mistakes crazy at night? I live in a woodland and insects make a big mess?

I use energy flouscent efficient light bulbs on my way out the lights in my house and all kinds of insects swarming around the artificial light is the crack of error, which can prevent this?

Is the heat produced by insects, as the light that is hot is a light yellow lights of such errors or a bug zapper

This culture has a big party in a city where many people dancing in the streets?

I was in a museum about a year ago and had a projector going. He showed a lot of people dancing in the streets of the city. They were almost dancing in unison, it seemed. Not sure if it was South America, perhaps? There was a lot of drums, singing, dancing .... any ideas?
