Is that Super Game Adapter work as well as a regular SNES game?

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. Super Game Boy games yupgrade reall not at all. It has three effects: 1) allows you to play Game Boy games on a TV 2) Allows you to put a border around the game screen (the games looked pixelated and just taking up half of the TV, so we can choose to put an edge on the rest. Some of the games children play later had a custom border in the cartridge, and Galaga that have turned artwrok the screen in real arcade cabinet Galaga). 3) Allows you to change colors. Game Boy was limited to white, black and two shades of gray. Super Game Boy allows you to change each colors to think any of 32 colors. So when Mega Man game, you can change light gray to light gray and dark blue dark blue, and the main character looks good (although everything else in blue, so ...) Still a regular Game Boy, and therefore quite limited in what the game could do.
