What mario game sites aren't blocked in Louisiana schools?

I get really bored in gaming classes with Little Bear. Our teacher told us that if we could find a fun site then we could play that. So if anyone has any suggestions just tell me!!! I would really prefer Mario games.

What is a staff ghost on the game mario kart?

I need to know this because i am trying to unlock something on the game mario kart

they're in Time Trials

there are two staff ghosts for each course. you start with the normal staff ghost unlocked. when you beat the normal ghost by a certain margin (somewhere between 4-7 seconds) then "a fast staff ghost appears" message pops up in the results screen. the normal ghost also goes away

unfortunately, there's no easy way to tell if a given ghost is normal or fast, other than racing it or watching its replay

anyway. for unlocking stuff you just have to get the fast ghosts to appear, you do NOT have to beat them. you also don't have to be racing the normal ghost -- you can unlock fast staff ghosts racing against your own ghost, or even no ghosts at all. you just have to beat the target time (again, the normal ghost's time, minus 4-7 seconds)
