I'm looking to buy a Super Famicom Wii controller, but I'm not sure U.S. would work in my Wii remote.

Is it possible to get my U.S. SNES to play Super Famicom games

I looked on eBay to get an import license Yu Yu Hakusho game for my SNES. The description says that you can play SNES games are Japanese. Should I mod or something else?

The cartridges have a different form for the SNES and Super Famicom. It is almost incompatible. I vaguely remember some little modding you can do to accommodate cars, but it was long, long time I do not remember well. We hope this of some help.
