Cartridge Only
An empty cartridge is fired at close range often results in serious injury, or part time?
I'm investigating a plot point of a story here. I'm curious about this because I've heard all these stories about people injured in accidents related to the blank cartridge. Doing this type of injury occur in all cases in which shot up nearly empty cartridge range, or only in some cases? People have learned to get away relatively safe from such incidents?
"Point Blank" can mean different things. If you mean holding the gun until someone against someone and pull the trigger, this will always result in injury. Outside of one or two feet away, the goal is not necessarily * be hurt.

Why buy land SNES cartridge on eBay for $ 100 + when you can play the rom for free?
Because some people support capitalism and not wanting to violate the law by stealing copyrighted material (even if it is illegal, the laws seem vague on this).
